Edmonton festival to feature craft beer

Edmonton’s craft beer fans will soon be treated to a special and immersive experience that will be all about showcasing the local microbrewery industry.

Tickets to be part of this year’s Edmonton Craft Beer Festival are available now, and they are expected to sell out quickly. The attendees will be introduced to new beers, as well as some old favourites, and at least 500 varieties will be on tap.

While a chance to sample the offerings will be the main draw for some, the event will have lots more on offer. Seminars will be taking place that discuss beer and food pairings, as well as the area's distilling industry. Local eateries will lend their talents to the festival, and the function is scheduled to be held in the Edmonton Expo Centre, with two different dates to choose from.

To help make sure every ticketholder gets the experience they are looking for, both general admission and VIP passes are being sold. No matter which type is selected, the bearer will receive a four-ounce tasting mug that boasts a specially prepared graphic design.

This annual celebration of Edmonton's craft breweries will bring some extra excitement to the autumn season on October 22nd and 23rd. Tickets start at $19.99 each, and they are available for purchase on the Alberta Beer Festivals website.
