Edmonton couples who are looking for some outside-the-box Valentine’s Day fun may enjoy being part of a local hands-on cookery class.
Kathryn Joel will be guiding the couples who take part in this romantic meal, and ticketholders will learn how to prepare some classics that have come to be date night favourites. The festivities will kick off with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, and it will then be time to hit the kitchen.
The menu for the meal will open with oysters prepared in two different ways, and both baked and on-the-half-shell options will be included. This will be followed by lobster bisque and a main course of classic steak Diane with an accompaniment of fondant potatoes. Dessert will wrap up the experience, and will consist of a chocolate souffle.
Couples who attend a special event to celebrate Valentine’s Day may appreciate receiving special Corporate Gifts prepared in honour of the occasion. These can be crafted by Print shops, which will also be able to prepare printed Menus, tables cards, and other items that can make a meal feel even more sumptuous.
This cookery class planned for couples will be on offer on Valentine’s Day itself, which is Wednesday, February 14. It will be getting started at 6:00 pm at Get Cooking, which is located at 11050 104 Avenue NW.
