The Stollery Children’s Hospital provides care to kids all year long, and a creative mocktail class will help support its efforts next month.
The Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation has announced that it will be the host for the Bubbles + Blooms Holiday Workshop, which will help to build a new crop of home mixologists. Tickets are $90.00 each, and the Southgate Centre in Edmonton will be the location for the activity.
A mixologist from Champagne Social YEG will be teaching some basic cocktail crafting techniques to attendees, and these can be used to prepare an assortment of mixed drinks. They will be alcohol free, and during the function, the guests will be invited to spend some time preparing their very own Whoville Tree, with the materials provided.
Along with the rest of the fun, the evening will boast a silent auction. There will be an assortment of items on the block for bids, and many of these will be donated by area businesses. Perfectly Catered will have a charcuterie and dessert table set up, and tickets need to be presented to gain entry to the occasion. Print shops can produce printed tickets for events like this one.
The Bubbles + Blooms Holiday Workshop will be held on December 9th. It will be opening its doors at 6:00 pm.
