Beekeeping is a form of animal husbandry that has been used since ancient times. The modern practices still reflect these techniques, and these will be front and centre during an apiary themed conference that will be held in Edmonton’s Fanatsyland Hotel.
The Alberta Beekeepers Commission will be holding its annual general meeting (AGM) this November, and it will be combined with a trade show and conference. Over 180 delegates are expected, and they will be joined by a variety of industry experts.
During the symposium, the attendees will have many opportunities to learn and network with others who share their interest. They can learn about everything from getting their operation up and running, to hive health, marketing, sustainability, and planning for the future of their company. It will run for two days, and special rates may be available for those who would like to book a room for the event.
The organizers of the function remarked that they greatly appreciate the support of the companies that have generously chosen to sponsor the symposium. The Logo Design of each of the businesses behind this sort of event can be included in the Promotional Products used to market the occasion.
The 86th Alberta Beekeepers Commission AGM, Conference and Trade Show will be welcoming the province’s apiary community on November 4th, 5th and 6th. Registrations are now being accepted for the symposium.
