Pop down to Edmonton
The upcoming Pop Culture Fair is expected to attract approximately 200 vendors from Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, offering such items as toys, comic books, vinyl records, VHS tapes, DVDs, posters, t-shirts, art, and collectibles to those who pop along.
The fair, which is held twice a year, offers both used and new merchandise that will appeal to those with an interest in the popular culture of their time. Some of those attending will be serious collectors who wish to find a lost issue of a classic comic book, while others will be excited to rediscover a toy they had as a child, and they may be those who will want to find a DVD version of a favorite classic science-fiction movie or TV show. No matter how serious the shoppers are, there will probably be something that each person will feel they must have.
It seems more than likely that Edmonton printing companies will be helping the vendors to prepare for this popular event. Banners, signs, and posters can help create excitement about an exhibit, drawing more visitors to that area and thereby creating more sales for the vendor. With a range of different table options available, varying in prices depending upon size and shape, vendors will probably find that someone will take an interest in what they are selling, no matter which option they select.
The Pop Culture Fair will take place at the Alberta Aviation Museum on September 23 from 10:00 am - 4:30 pm. Tickets are $7.
