An event is on the way for Edmonton that is geared towards those in the field of agriculture, as well as those in the meat processing industry.
FutureFare will celebrate livestock raising throughout the province. Hosted by the Alberta Livestock and Meat Agency, it will see industry leaders, academics, researchers, and government representatives come together to learn, network, share best practices, and more. It will also highlight the achievements of this sector of the economy, and present both expected future trends and give a perspective on the past.
A range of guest speakers will be giving presentations to attendees, and there will also be opportunities to socialize. Further information about who will be speaking and a schedule of the day’s activities will be announced as the date of the celebration approaches. Presentation Folders can be created by a printer for those who plan on attending events such as this that can be filled with information that they may find useful or interesting.
There is no charge to attend the conference and celebration, which has been scheduled for October 13 from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm at the Delta Edmonton South Hotel & Conference Centre, but anyone interested in registering is asked to do so beforehand.
