The hotel houses 150 guest rooms, along with meeting facilities and notable food and beverage with all-day-dining and locally-sourced menu items from an onsite bistro and bar. Guests can enjoy views over Werribee and towards the Melbourne skyline as they flexibly attend to work, unwind and catch-up on the day’s news and socialise in the multi-purpose lobby, or simply enjoy the sunset. The hotel’s General Manager, Preston Miskelly, said he was pleased to welcome the hotel’s first guests to the new facility:
“Reliably familiar, yet refreshingly different, Holiday Inn Werribee is a comfortable and inviting home away from home."
The new hotel will serve the fast-growing suburb of Werribee which offers world-class tourist attractions including the Werribee Open Range Zoo, Victorian State Rose Garden, Werribee Mansion, and the National Equestrian Centre. Its central location also puts it a short drive from Werribee Mercy Hospital and within walking distance of Watton Street, an emerging foodie hub. Flyer printing is a popular means of promoting tourist attractions.
The refreshed brand has plans for further local openings including new hotels in Queenstown, New Zealand and Melbourne’s Bourke Street Mall.
