Musical medicine coming to Narre Warren

A four-week course that teaches candidates about sound therapy via traditional native American instruments will soon take place in Narre Warren.

The Positive Music Studio in Narre Warren will be hosting a course entitled “Native American-Style Flute” this winter. From July through to August, the four-week-long course will help attendees discover the traditional woodwind instrument to enhance their spirituality and holistic connection with both themselves, and others.

A course for beginners, it is suited to those seeking to explore music, sound and rhythm, but also people looking to empower personal growth for wellbeing and health. Meditation teachers, sound therapists, school and yoga teachers, healthcare professionals, stay-at-home parents and creative arts leaders are all common participants and no prior skill is necessary to enrol. Companies providing classes, courses and workshops often consult reliable brochure printing service for assistance creating Booklets detailing study requirements.

Led by Peta, students will explore four different scales from around the globe and learn how to let go of their limiting beliefs for more soulful playing. Candidates can also learn how to deepen their spiritual connection with nature and find their totem animal to generate positive energy. Increasing energy flow and chakra balance will also be covered.

The Native American-style Flute course will run from Friday, July 21 to Friday August, July 11 at the Positive Music Studio in Narre Warren.
