The upcoming networking breakfast from the Melbourne Business Awards (MBA) is set to feature a number of successful entrepreneurs as its guest speakers.
The program will include a presentation from Charlie’s Cookies. Based in Bentleigh and established in the mid-‘90s, the firm once had its chocolate chip cookie commended by Tattler Magazine.
Representatives of the firm are expected to discuss the company’s route to success in the food industry.
Bestech Australia, which is a Dingley-based supplier of instrumentation, state-of-the-art industrial sensors and teaching equipment, is also set to deliver a presentation at the breakfast.
Recognising the achievements of small to medium-sized businesses is the aim of the annual Melbourne Business Awards, and business card printing is recommended for attendees wishing to make the most of this gathering.
The MBA is strongly supported by the Kingston Council, which promotes the opportunity for local businesses to attend the bi-monthly breakfast events and become members of the organisation.
The breakfast could provide a unique chance to not only hear about how others have built a successful business, but also to network with like-minded company operators and exchange ideas and experiences.
Each year, nominees vie for the coveted Young Achiever, Business Development, and Business of the Year awards which acknowledge commercial excellence.
The next MBA networking event will be held at the Hemisphere Conference Centre, Moorabbin, from 6.30am to 9am on Friday, September 5th.
