Moorabbin to host volunteer information session

Locals in Moorabbin are preparing for a volunteers’ information session coming to the suburb in September.

The session will be hosted by Family Life, an independent organisation that has operated in the region for 50 years. Family Life provides holistic, practical services to the community, striving to empower families and help children thrive.

Locals interested in joining the organisation as volunteers are invited to attend. The session will provide information on Family Life and its services, and participants will also learn about the varied volunteer roles available and how they can get involved. They can choose to volunteer regularly or as a one-off commitment, and people of all volunteer backgrounds and experiences are welcome. Volunteering with Family Life allows individuals to meet new people, give back to their community and make a difference.

Organisers of information sessions can use Promotional Products to advertise their brand. Practical, branded giveaways serve as useful items that keep a business’ name and Logo Design remembered even after an event has passed.

The Cuppa ‘n’ Chat Volunteer Info Session will be held on Thursday, 18 September. The venue will be the Family Life Distribution Centre, which can be found at 7 Linton Street in Moorabbin. The session will go from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Attendance is free, and more details are available on the Eventbrite website.
