A successful songwriter from America is bringing his latest tour to Melbourne this spring.
R&B devotees from Moorabbin and other Melbourne suburbs can soon see the Grammy-winning US artist Ne-Yo in concert. The multi-talented hitmaker is appearing at the Rod Laver Arena in September as part of his 2024 tour entitled “Champagne and Roses”.

Known as a philanthropist, entrepreneur, actor, songwriter and recording artist, Ne-Yo has sold more than 20 million albums to date and claimed three Grammy Awards for his efforts. In 2005 his debut hit single “So Sick” rocketed to number one on America’s Billboard Hot 100 chart before achieving quadruple platinum status.
Fans of Ne-Yo buying tickets for the Melbourne arena show will get a chance to hear major hits from the artist which may include “Miss Independent,” “Closer,” “Push Back” and “Because of You”. Ne-Yo has also earned respect writing for others like Beyonce, Rihanna, Usher, Celine Dion and Carrie Underwood.
Ne-Yo will now be at the Rod Laver Arena on Thursday September 26 at 7.30 pm. The arena is based at 200 Batman Avenue in Melbourne and tickets are priced at $109.90 per person.
