Whiskey enthusiasts in Moorabbin and other suburbs will rejoice to hear that the Apollo Café in Melbourne has announced it will host an event pairing a selection of spirits with food in July. As each whiskey is sampled, attendees will learn about the specific aging and distilling processes involved which contribute to the spirits’ flavour and aroma, to obtain a deep appreciation for the skill that required for crafting this beloved beverage.
