Business awards celebration offers a prime opportunity for networking
Companies that are based in Breaside have been invited to take part in the 20th Melbourne Business Awards.
Slated for June 20th, the Melbourne Business Awards South East Region group will be celebrating 20 years of helping a wide variety of small and medium businesses with a special event which will provide a great networking opportunity
The group seeks to help local businesses to grow and develop as well as assisting them to engage with local and national Government and to network with other entrepreneurs across the southeast Melbourne region including the city of Kingston.
Amongst its other aims, the group seeks to recognise the businesses that are leaders in their chosen field, and also encourages bringing the next generation of business people through the ranks via training programs for the young.
Its 20th anniversary celebration offers a chance for local business owners to get to know one another better in a relaxed environment. However, in order to make the most of any networking event, business owners must be prepared and that means keeping up-to-date with tasks such as business card printing in order to follow up any conversations held during an event.
Although Braeside is noted for its industrial sector, any business could benefit from the event, which takes place at the Heatherton and is expected to run for two hours including light refreshments.
