Those in and around Heathmont this summer can indulge their Christmas spending passions by attending the Twilight Christmas Market at the Community Centre in December.
Most people enjoy the Holiday season, as it can be seen as an excuse to spread goodwill amongst communities, friends and family.
Spending at a Christmas market, therefore, can feel like a positive action, as they are often-community based. Local suppliers can be found supplying handmade produce, and experienced craft-makers and gift-sellers are given the perfect opportunity to display their wares.
Browsers of markets like these will often be tempted by tasty food and drink samples, to add to the festive and cheery ambience.
The CPP Community Theatre group is presenting the Twilight Christmas Market in Heathmont this year. As well as craft stalls, there will be a sausage sizzle, Devonshire tea and a raffle.
The CPP Community Theatre group is a not-for-profit amateur dramatic group that presents two shows a year, with extra funding from donations and performances often gifted to charitable groups within the community. A theatre group may use printing services to generate scripts that the cast utilise during rehearsals.
The Twilight Christmas Market takes place on Saturday 9th December, from 6pm until 8.30pm. The venue is the Heathmont Uniting Church Community Lifestyle Centre at 89 Canterbury Road, Heathmont, 3135. Entry is a gold coin donation.
