A family-friendly day that champions children’s rights in the state is taking place in Richlands this coming spring.
Residents can attend this event organised by Children's Rights Queensland. Titled the 2026 Children's Fun Day, the immersive occasion is designed to honour Queensland Child Protection Week and will offer food stalls, activities, entertainment and more for families attending.

The 2026 Children's Fun Day will now take place at the CJ Greenfield Sports Complex on Thursday, September 10. The event will get underway from 9.30 am and finish at 12 pm. The venue is easy to find at 315 Freeman Road in Richlands.
While the day is completely free for all to attend, registration is a compulsory requirement.
