Yoga class to come to Caboolture

A Caboolture yoga studio is set to hold a morning session suited to all skill levels this autumn.

Caboolture residents keen to find new levels of health and wellbeing in 2025 can participate in a morning yoga session in March. The autumn event at the Kotahi Yoga Studio is inviting people of all abilities to participate in the class, which is subsidised by the local Moreton Bay Council.

Yoga studios and other fitness and wellbeing centres sometimes reach out to expert brochure printing services that can create branded Booklets to explain classes and sessions available.

The class is mostly composed of Hatha Yoga style postures and uses gentle movements that are manageable for inexperienced practitioners. The Hatha Yoga style emphasises body balancing through breathing techniques known as “pranayama” and physical poses referred to as “asanas”. Poses are typically held for multiple breaths. Some well-known poses include standing forward bend and downward dog.

Among the oldest form of yoga, Hatha was created originally to prepare the human body for a meditative state and to help control breathing. Today, it is often used to build strength and reduce anxiety and stress.

The yoga class will run at the Kotahi Yoga Studio on Tuesday, March 18. The morning class will commence at 9:00 am and the studio is sited at 42 Flowers Road in Caboolture.
