Those who love the music of the multi-talented Leonard Cohen won’t want to miss an event incoming for Caboolture. For one night only, the Caboolture Memorial Hall will host a special cabaret show entitled “The Spirit of Leonard Cohen” in November. Local venues presenting shows and concerts to the community often enlist the help of dedicated banner printing services to create high-quality signage and adverts.
The Caboolture show will celebrate the life and work of Cohen, who is recognised the world over for his poetry, singing, guitaring and song writing. Taking audiences on a tour of the artists intriguing existence and artistry, the show will feature a seven-piece band and delves into the storied behind many of his famous songs.
In 2009, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame commented:
"Leonard Cohen revealed his soul to the world through poetry and song—his deep and timeless humanity touching our very core. Simply brilliant."
Those attending the show will get a chance to hear live renditions of classic track from Cohen including “Everybody Knows” and “Bird on a Wire”.
The Spirit of Leonard Cohen show will take place at the Caboolture Memorial Hall on Saturday, November 11. The hall can be found at 65/61 King Street in Caboolture, and the cabaret will kick off at 7pm.
