Businesses proud to be Caboolture Made

The Caboolture Made campaign is being launched to showcase local businesses.

Jodie Shipway, acting Mayor, said the move was a way the community could celebrate the resilience of key areas within the diverse business sector incorporating everything from the industrial and agricultural precincts to the retail sector and start to bounce back after the recent floods.

She said that Caboolture, which is the region's principal activity hotspot in the north had a business economy that was energised and attracting national recognition and added:

"At its heart this is still a rural community, and you only have to talk to those residents who’ve based their businesses here to know how proud they are to live, work, play, and invest in this area."

It is their pride, according to the Mayor, that will make the Caboolture Made campaign a success.

Businesses taking part will have access to free promotional resources to allow them to reinforce that they are Caboolture Made to all customers and visitors. These include digital assets for online marketing as well as the opportunity to include poster printing into their promotional campaigns with each poster featuring the Caboolture Made-theme.

In addition to promoting the Caboolture Made campaign through local businesses, it will also be widely advertised through social media, on radio and in the newspaper over a period of three months in an effort to attract increased customers and get people more engaged.
