A special event designed to help companies learn how to grow their businesses is set to take place in Sydney later this year.
Business leaders in Milperra and other parts of Sydney are invited to gain an education in expanding their enterprise this October. An upcoming edition of the world-famous Scaling Up Business Growth Workshop will be held in Melbourne to help company owners to accelerate profitable growth by using a proven method and framework.
Those attending enterprise workshops are encouraged to bring a supply of Business Cards to hand out at events to like-minded professionals and increase their current contact list. The workshop allows business leaders and teams to focus on a variety of topics, including cash flow, people development, execution planning and strategic thinking. It combines hands-on exercises, coaching demonstrations, case studies, group discussions and a selection of best practices.
The workshop is designed for business leaders who value personal growth and are determined to increase the scale of their company. It is specifically suited to senior leadership teams and for CEOs of small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs) with typical annual revenues of between $2 million to $200m, or a division that is part of a large corporate entity.
The Scaling Up Business Growth Workshop will now take place at The Grace Sydney, situated at 77 York Street, on Wednesday, October 26. The workshop will start at 9 am and end 5 pm.
