An iconic UK band renowned for its post-punk music and extensive influence will soon perform back-to-back shows in Sydney.
Milperra music aficionados will get two chances to tick a key experience off their bucket list this spring. The The, the UK’s new wave luminaries, are coming to the New South Wales capital to play Sydney Opera House for two nights in a row in November.
National venues with scale like arenas and opera houses can sometimes look to respected banner printing services to access larger Posters and signage that advertise the acts and shows they present.
For over 40 years, The The has impressed audiences with its commitment to innovative music and urgent political action. Led by Matt Johnson, the band’s primary songwriter and singer, the band has amassed a vast and loyal following around the world.
While the band’s founder has been focused on producing soundtracks in recent years, from 2017 to 2018 he re-joined The The on a triumphant global tour that included sold-out performances at the Sydney Opera House. Those who missed out are advised to buy tickets to the new shows early to sidestep disappointment.
The The will now perform live in concert at Sydney Opera House on Thursday, 21 and Friday, 22 November. The gigs will both begin at 8 pm and the opera house is sited at Sydney’s Bennelong Point.Get a Free Quote for Posters
