Milperra area to enjoy Italian music

A celebrated singer from Italy is set to perform live in Sydney.

Fans of Italian music from Sydney suburbs like Milperra will soon get a chance to hear the legendary Enzo Ghinazzi in concert. Better known as Pupo (Italian for “little baby”), Ghinazzi is a writer, singer, composer, voice actor, performer and television presenter.

Multitalented artists with many strings to their bow often work with providers of Business Cards to create different calling cards detailing their many talents to potential clients.

Born in 1955, Pupo rose to fame in 1975 after launching his debut album entitled “Ti Scrivero”. For over 40 years, the singer has enjoyed uninterrupted success. Many of his records, including “Su Di Noi”, “Lo Devo Solo A Te”, “Ciao”, “Forse”, “Un Amore Grande” and “Firenze S. Maria Novella” have been translated into multiple languages for his fanbase around the world, including Spanish, French and German.

Pupo has 11 records with gold status to his credit and, in 1981, his album “Piu' Di Prima” was awarded the Gondola d'Oro. He is famous for playing some of the most famous auditoriums around the world, including Toronto’s Maple Leaf Garden, New York’s Broadway and Madison Square Gardens, Paris’ Olympia and London’s Royal Albert Hall.

Pupo will now play at Sydney’s State Theatre, 49 Market Street on Friday, May 27 from 8 pm onwards.
