A Mad Hatter High Tea will be held later this month in Milperra to raise funds for cancer awareness and research.
The morning will be hosted by the Bankstown Student Civic Community and will be a part of the Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser, which occurs annually across the country.
The national event is the largest and most successful event of its kind in Australia and raised $11.9 million last year and hopes to raise around $13 million this year. The aim of the event is to help fund cancer research and prevention as well as provide support to people affected by cancer and is promoted by the Cancer Council of Australia.
Community groups, schools, work places and individuals are all encouraged to become involved in the fundraiser and can register their interest in hosting a morning tea. A host kit is available to be sent to interested groups of people and merchandise can also be purchased when registering, which includes Promotional Products and materials.
The Bankstown Student Civic Community is hoping to drive donations to a higher level this year, by hosting the High Tea party, with everyone welcome to attend.
The event will be held at the Western Sydney University, Bankstown, Bullecourt Avenue, Milperra on Thursday 23rd May at 10:30am.Get a Free Quote for Promotional Products
