Certificate of recognition goes hand in hand with Local Sports Star nomination

A young student from the Campsie Public School has been nominated for the Local Sports Star award earlier this month.

Enzo Moon was nominated as Junior Sports Star Individual in the Local Sports Stars Awards and has also received recognition for his achievements in his chosen sport of Golf. Sophie Cotsis, Labour MP for Canterbury, presented a certificate to Enzo in recognition of his many achievements and said that she thought Enzo had a great future ahead of him.

At just 11 years of age, the young boy has already won the under 10 Jack Newton Junior Golf state title for 2018, the Maccarthur Junior Masters, the Wagga Wagga Junior Masters and the Peter O’Malley Junior Masters championships. Sponsors of tournaments and other events may use printing services to advertise their business.

The student practices his swing at various venues including the Milperra Driving Range and plays with a handicap of 6.4.

While Enzo said that he would enjoy it if he ended up playing golf professionally, he didn’t necessarily want to become the number one golfer in the world. He would rather be the happiest.

Enzo does not follow any one particular golf player and doesn’t like to have goals, but is encouraged by both of his parents, dad Hee and mum Young.
