In a concept design proposal released to the Daily Telegraph, the architects stated that Castle Hill has undergone an evolution over the past three decades, making it a more desirable place to live. The statement read:
“The success and expansion of the QIC owned Castle Hill Shopping Centre, which will be the third largest shopping centre in the country when the latest stage of building works is completed, is a testament to the desirability of the place.”
Proximity to a nearby Metro train station was also mentioned as a point of convenience for the site being considered. The expansion of the number of businesses and residents at Castle Hill may translate to extra demand for Corporate Gifts and banner printing services.
While the Bureau of Urban Architecture has not divulged the name of the client for which it has put together the slender small footprint tower concept, a similar high-rise apartment proposal on Cecil Avenue was recently approved by the Hills Shire Council.
