Castle Hill to host multicultural celebration

An event that unites different cultures in Australia will run at an outdoor venue in Castle Hill this year to celebrating community, cuisine and connections.

Residents of Castle Hill can attend an upcoming occasion called “Utsav Australia 2026” in spring. Hosted by the Indo Australia Sanatan Society, the event’s theme is “different cultures – one rhythm” and brings together community organisations, families and businesses for a day filled with food, music and culture while offering an opportunity for making friendships and networking.

Professional people attending local events often bring a stack of Business Cards with them to hand to potential new colleagues and customers to expand their contact list or client base.

Offering entertainment for all ages, the event will feature a range of live performances from multiple cultures and activities specifically planned for young people and children. A selection of stalls will be set up on site serving different eating and drinking options and there will be recognition for the best dressed stall on the day.

Between 6.30 pm and 10 pm, internationally renowned singer Lakhbir Singh Lakha will perform.

Utsav Australia 2026 will be held at Castle Hill Showground on Saturday, November 21. The festivities will kick off at 12 pm and run until 10 pm with the showgrounds sited at 16 Salisbury Road in Castle Hill. The event offers free entry to all wishing to attend.
