A major outdoor events venue in Castle Hill is hosting a sponsored walk to raise funds for an organisation dedicated to combating cancer and supporting those impacted by the disease.
Castle Hill community members seeking to support a good cause can enter an event called “Relay in the Hills in 2026”. This year, the event held annually to raise much-needed funds for Cancer Council NSW is celebrating an important milestone, as the latest edition marks 25 years since it was first launched.
Money raised from the walk will help the non-profit organisation support cancer research, run prevention programmes and provide life-changing services for cancer sufferers and their families and carers.
Charities and not-for-profit organisations sometimes collaborate with brochure printing services that can create informative Booklets that explain the services they offer and work undertaken to gain support among communities.
The walk in Castle Hill celebrates cancer carers and survivors while offering support to those with cancer. It also offers citizens a chance to remember people they have lost while working towards a future where cancer no longer exists. All members of the community are encouraged to form a team with their friends, family or colleagues and lend their support.
The Relay in the Hills event will run at Castle Hill Showgrounds on Saturday, May 16. The venue is based off Showgrounds Road in Castle Hill, close to the Carrington Road intersection.Get a Free Quote for Booklets
