The Sydney Hills Business Chamber will be holding a Leadership Breakfast and has invited Steve Waugh AO to be its special guest.
As the former captain of the Australian Test Cricket Team, Steve will have some useful insights into team-building and leadership. The event is funded by the NSW government and supported by The Hills Shire Council.
October is Small Business Month in New South Wales and many events will be held throughout the state, often promoted by poster printing, celebrating small businesses and their important role in the community.

The workshop will cover recruitment and attracting the best candidates, induction and staff training, employee reviews and how to give feedback for improvement, business culture and team-building strategies. Attendees will learn ways to improve morale and staff satisfaction to optimise performance.
