Castle Hills residents have plenty to choose from for their summer entertainment this year, with a packed Summer Series of events.
The Sydney Hills Summer Series includes music, films, sport and family entertainment, and runs from the end of this month until February next year.
With so many events taking place, locals should look out for poster printing and other advertising to make sure they do not miss out.
A number of events will be right on the doorstep for Castle Hills residents, including an outdoor cinema and the Christmas light show.
In the buildup to Christmas, an LED light canopy will stretch over Main Street along with light displays and live music. The lights will be on show from Friday November 27 until Wednesday December 30 and Main Street, will be closed each evening to allow visitors to enjoy the display.
Then, on New Year’s Eve, the street will host a year-end party including the Sydney fireworks display on a big screen.
Throughout January and February, Heritage Park will play host to an outdoor cinema complete with licenced bar and showing a range of family favourites, latest blockbusters and classic films.
A number of other events will be held at nearby Bella Vista Farm, including Shakespeare in the Park, an inflatable water park, and Australia Day celebrations.
