Emergency expo to come to Castle Hill

Locals in Castle Hill are preparing for an emergency expo coming to the suburb in September.

The expo is part of the Orange Blossom Festival, which is a yearly event that celebrates the best of The Hills Shire.

The expo will bring together a range of emergency service agencies including NSW Fire and Rescue, NSW Ambulance, NSW Police, Lifeblood, Surf Life Saving and more. These agencies will perform interactive exercises, and attendees can get up close to emergency equipment and engage with hands-on demonstrations.

There will also be educational displays and simulations. Emergency personnel will perform real-time displays of emergency responses and techniques. Those participating will be able to ask questions and better understand risks in the community – meaning they will be better prepared and know how their local area can support them in a crisis.

Participants will also have the chance to explore career and volunteering opportunities in emergency services.

For children, there will be random prize giveaways, face painting and a rally competition.

Graphic Design Services can help festival organisers create engaging, exciting advertising that attracts interest from the local community.

The Emergency Expo will be held on Sunday, 14 September. The venue will be Castle Hill Showground, which can be found on Showground Road in Castle Hill. The expo starts at 10:00 AM and finishes at 5:00 PM. Attendance is free, and for more information, those interested can visit the event's website.
