Castle Hill to host property masterclass

Residents and future developers in Castle Hill who may be concerned about the potential impact of Covid-19 on the property market are invited to attend a comprehensive masterclass being hosted in July.

The Matusik Sydney Masterclass will be presented by Michael Matusik, who has extensive knowledge and experience in the property and construction market. The class will outline the types of properties and housing products that will become increasingly popular in the future as well as the challenges that are ahead.

The aim of the masterclass is to help attendees make better decisions regarding investments and housing developments and to provide them with the knowledge they need for the future. This class is especially beneficial for home-builders and developers, property professionals and town planners.

Some of the topics covered during the session will include a realistic look at the property market, looking at property cycles, vital questions that need to be answered, what investors should buy or build to capitalise on upcoming trends, important things shaping urban spaces and future housing demands.

The workshop has been described by previous attendees as relevant, beneficial and insightful, providing information and skills to those wanting to invest. Masterclasses often make use of graphic design to create slides and presentations as a means of conveying relevant information to attendees.

The Matusik Masterclass will take place on 25th July from 2:30pm-6:30pm at the Castle Hill RSL Club. Afternoon tea will be provided and bookings can be made on Eventbrite.
