Spokane woman's club to organize brewfest

The Woman's Club of Spokane will be holding a festival in August in the Woman's Club Community Hall.

The Woman's Club Brewfest is an event where people can support the organization while enjoying alcoholic drinks from local breweries. The fest is co-organized by the Woman's Club of Spokane and the Mountain Lakes Brewing Company. Many businesses will attend the event, including the Black Label Brewing Company, Big Barn Brewing, and Humble Abode Brewing. Guests can enjoy food pairings at the venue and music entertainment.

The Woman's Club of Spokane is an organization that began in 1905 to help enhance the lives of others. The group serves the community by organizing events like food drives and blood drives. Gail Cropper is the club's current president, and Suzy Kuhner is the vice president. People can rent the historic club building as an event space for galas, luncheons, and private parties. Those interested in joining the organization can pay $50 per year.

The event will be on Sunday, August 13 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Tickets to the festival will cost $35 per person. There will also be VIP tickets available for $55. Those with VIP admission can enter the festival an hour early and will be given a commemorative T-shirt. Clubs that hold events like this may add their Logo Design to the fest's branded clothing to help promote themselves to more consumers.
