The Rosarium Garden Center in Spokane will be holding a class in July on creating flower arrangements.
Rose Garden Delights is an interactive lesson that teaches attendees how to make beautiful floral centerpieces. Sue Hines will be the instructor of the workshop. Students can learn basic designing tips and get to take a photo of their creations in the venue’s display garden. Carol Newcomb, the co-owner of the garden center, will give participants a guided tour once the workshop is completed. All guests will also receive a coupon to use on any item in the rosarium.
The Rosarium Garden Center is a facility that offers educational seminars, hosts local events, and sells products such as succulents, fountains, bird supplies, and flowers. The center was purchased by Carol and Terry Newcomb in 2005 and currently contains more than 2,000 roses. Visitors can explore the onsite garden to see displays like the Rose Tunnel, Golden Chain Tree Arch, and the David Austin Rose Garden. Businesses similar to this may use printing services to advertise their seasonal products to consumers.
The garden center’s program will take place on Sunday, July 17 from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm, and will cost $75 per student. All guests must pay and register for the floral arranging workshop in advance. The event will be held at the venue’s Rosarium Studio.
