What's Happening in Sugar Land, TX…

Sugar Land still has time for Christmas lights

There is still plenty of time for Sugar Land to visit the 5th Annual Sugar Land Holiday Lights.

Guests can view the themed displays and 2.5 million lights. Local vendors will be on site for attendees to purchase items they didn’t get in their stockings and food. Kids can get wristbands to enjoy carnival rides.

On Mondays kids’ tickets are reduced to $10 for the Santa’s Nice List Night. On Tuesdays, Senior tickets are $10 for Silver Bells Night, and Thursdays are reserved for Santa’s Cinema night. Holiday Classic films will be shown on the outfield’s Texas video board.

After the event closes on January 1st, there will be one last chance for the public to view the lights. That will be the Blue Cure Night Run Under the Lights. The course will take runners through all the displays and lights in the lot. Proceeds for the run will go to prostate cancer research. Runners will receive t-shirts touting the commemorative logo design.

Spectators may want to get some banner printing done to have something to show their support for their favorite participants.

Holiday Lights is open Sunday through Thursday 6 pm until 9, and Friday through Saturday 6 pm until 10 at Constellation Field 1 Stadium Drive, parking lot A. The event will remain open after Christmas until January 1st New Year’s Day.

Blue Cure Run Under the Lights will be 6 pm, January 5th .
