Sugar Land has Fall Fest
Sugar Land Parks and Recreation and Sugar Land Town Square will be holding their first in-person Fall Fest toward the end of September. It will feature food, music, art, dance, and fashion.
The main stage will have cultural activities and live music performances. Some fall activities will include hayrides, demonstrations, and a family-friendly zone with activities for everyone such as do-it-yourself art and craft projects. Restaurants around the plaza will offer specials on their food and drinks.
Teams and individuals will be going on the Pumpkin Patch Scavenger Hunt. They will follow clues at landmarks, and participating retailers. Local artisans will be displaying and selling their original works.
Non-profits will be handing out information about their hours of operation, missions, and other pertinent information. Local retailers will be vending their goods and services, and sponsors will be in booths handing out promotional products featuring their logo design, business cards, and discount coupons. Fall-related vendors will be providing free fall activities while they sell their wares.
An onsite panoramic autumn-themed backdrop will not only add ambience to the festivities but will make a good place for family pictures.
Sometimes families like to take fall pictures early in the season so they can take them to local stationery printers to be made into personalized Thanksgiving cards.
