Next month, Envy Wine Room in Spring will present the Northern Italy in 8 Glasses Master Class, which will explore the northern Italy region through the flavors of its wines.
The Envy Wine Room is in the heart of downtown Historic Spring and was founded by Sommeliers Brad and Effie Stees. The venue features over 175 different wines, as well as a robust selection of craft beers. The wine room also operates as a full-service restaurant.
The master class is a part of Envy’s Passport Series in which attendees explore different regions of the world through the flavors of wine. The Northern Italy in 8 Glasses class will take guests on a journey through eight iconic wine regions of Northern Italy, featuring bold reds of Barolo and aromatic white wines of Alto Adige. Attendees will also learn how to make an Aperol Spritz and indulge in a traditional North Italian appetizer.
