Pop Culture Con will be held this March in Spring and will offer two days of family-friendly, nerdy fun with the whole spectrum of pop culture represented.
Sponsored by local businesses such as Atomic Monkey Comics, Pop Culture Vintage Toys and Retro Dandeland, and Texas Timewarp Collectables, Pop Culture Con transforms the Houston CityPlace Marriott into oasis for pop culture enthusiasts. The convention features vendors, panels, exhibition halls, vendors, and entertainment centering on pop culture topics, fandoms, and media from various decades.
Attendees will enjoy meet-and-greets with their favorite celebrities or anime voice actors, visit popular comic creator booths, purchase official merchandise, and sit in on interesting panel discussions featuring their favorite TV shows, anime, Books, and movies. Special guests and famous celebrities will be giving out autographs and offering photo ops. Attendees will even be able to cosplay, or dress up, as their favorite pop culture icon or fictional character.
Conventions like this involving a variety of activities will often provide attendees with printed schedules listing activity times and specifics. Organizers may seek out the printing services of local businesses to prepare such materials.
The Pop Culture Con will take place on March 15 and March 16. The Houston CityPlace Marriott at Springwoods Village is located at 1200 Lake Plaza Drive. Two-day tickets are $29.00, and single-day tickets are $19.99.
