Sale and finance agreed for Spring retail center

JLL Capital Markets has arranged for the sale and acquisition of Rayford Village, a leased retail center located in the suburbs of Spring, Texas.

Rayford Village encompasses a 19,950 square foot retail plaza to the north of Houston. This property was put on sale by BNS Ryaford Partners as it received marketing from JLL. It will be represented by Rob Naggar and Adam Soffar after being transferred to a new owner. JLL has issued a 10-year, acquisition loan through First Community Credit Union at a fixed rate.

Rayford Village is made up of two buildings standing next to a series of national brands and retailers such as Pizza Hut, Goodwill, Cole Veterinary Services, SK Salon, Papa John’s, Nail Bar, and DC Cleaners. The property spans 2.7 acres, covering 2757 and 2725 Rayford Rd, among one of the fastest-growing areas in north Houston.

JLL Capital Markets has a team of professional marketers coordinated by Ryan West, the senior managing director, who was appointed by the new owner. The same is true for the director and the analyst, John Indelli and Katherine Miller respectively. JLL has also sent in a debt placement team to represent the next owner, which includes analysts Trey Pizzitola and Stuart Helper, along with the director, Michael Johnson.
