Regal Cinemas has decided to open a new movie theater on a property next to the Grand Parkway in Spring, Texas.
There will be ongoing construction in the developing retail area on 4495 Riley Fuzzel Road, the site being leased out by a Texas-based real estate company. This movie theater will have the name, Regal Benders Landing, and provide movie watchers with over 4,300 seats to experience the most recent Hollywood releases. In addition, the building will encompass more than 24,000 square feet of retail space set aside for restaurants and other recreational stores.
Judging from the Montgomery County Appraisal District records, this rental property was previously valued at $2.7m, with only four spots available for leasing. An increasing number of restaurants, such as Chipotle and Spring Creek Barbeque, will be making their way to the site next year. J. Beard Real Estate Co. broker, Lindsey McKean believes that Regal Benders Landing is possibly the largest movie theater undergoing construction in America.
Regal Cinemas acquired a 14-acre site for the cinema complex since it would be close to the Birnham Woods Marketplace, a convenient shopping plaza occupied by retailers like PetSmart, Kroger, Sprint Store, and more. Currently, Capital Retail Properties owns the Birnham Woods Marketplace, which has reached full capacity.
The Regal Cinemas movie theater is expected to open sometime in the summer of 2020. Business Cards can be distributed between a real estate company and the renting business to maintain contact if they signed a leasing agreement.
