Next month, Exit 73 Bar & Grill will hold its 5th Annual Battle of the Bugs Crawfish Cook-Off for any Spring locals looking for a tasty way to kick off the summer season.
Exit 73 Bar & Grill is a roadhouse and game room serving up simple bar food and live entertainment in a no-frills atmosphere. For the past four years, the roadhouse has been hosting the Battle of the Bugs, a crawfish cook-off that includes activities for the entire family.
The cook-off will feature teams competing against each other for the title of Best Tasting Crawfish. There will be live music and raffles for guests to enter to win prizes and other Promotional Products. Children’s activities will include a bouncy house and slip-n-slides. The event will also feature food specials in the ticket package, such as $30 all-you-can-eat crawfish, with the price discounted to $25 if tickets are purchased in advance.
The 5th Annual Battle of the Bugs Crawfish Cook-Off is scheduled for May 2, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. The cook-off team entry fee is $150. General admission pre-sale tickets can be purchased on Exit 73's website, with sponsorship options also available.
