The WISE Conference will kick off in Spring next month with a social happy hour to bring together women leaders, community leaders, and local business owners.
The WISE (Women Inspiring Supporting Empowering) Conference was created by Women on a Mission to Earn Commission (WOAMTEC) in tandem with the Montgomery County Association of Business Women (MCABW). WOAMTEC serves as a business building organization that supports businesswomen wishing to improve themselves and their businesses. The organization frequently hosts events that promote positive and motivating networking activities that help women leaders connect and build business alliances.
The happy hour will allow conference attendees to break the ice and introduce themselves over cocktails and other refreshments. Guests will have the opportunity to meet important figures such as the 2022 Planning Committee members and the WOAMTEC Board of Directors, as well as local community leaders and Montgomery County non-profits.
Professional happy hour events like this allow people to network in a casual atmosphere, exchange Business Cards, and learn more about each other without the formalities of more structured events.
The WISE Conference Kickoff Happy Hour is scheduled for March 3 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The hosting venue will be Hotel Indigo Spring -Woodlands Area, which is located on 650 Basilica Bay Drive. The networking hour is free to attend, with happy hour drinks available for purchase.
