The Dosey Doe, an 1840s barn and multilevel music hall in Spring, has planned some exciting concerts for the coming month.
This Saturday, February 3, at 8:30 pm. Lee Roy Parnell, Gary Nicholson, and Bonnie Bishop will perform, bringing well-known country music songwriters and musicians to the region.
On February 9, at 8:30 pm, John Anderson will perform. He has 30 country music LPs and scores.
David Benoit & Mark Antoine will perform February 10 at 8:30 pm. They play Brazilian smooth jazz using the guitar and piano.
On February 14 at 7:30 pm, the David Knowles Band will perform. Dinner is served 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
George Winston will be on stage on February 16 at 8:30 pm. He is a rural folk pianist known for new age music.
February 22 sees the Bri Bagwell Band take the limelight. This four-time female vocalist of the year will perform ‘My Boots’, ‘Whiskey’, and other songs.
Wade Hayes will follow on February 23 at 8:30 pm. He will perform his top song ‘Old Enough to Know Better’ and many others.
The barn serves dinner before shows most evenings at 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Dinner shows include salad, entree, dessert and soft drink.
