Educator opens training event in Houston

The Dynamic Leadership Development virtual session has been postponed from its original date on May 5.

A new date will be announced, but in the meantime, there are Live Virtual sessions or other workshops in alternative locations to choose from on the Ferguson Learning Company’s events page.

Dynamic Leadership educates leaders on how to overcome real business challenges and propose reasonable solutions given the resources they have. Thought leaders in Spring can learn to manage groups of people or issue direct reports to assess the current status of a project.

Business leaders are invited to join the Ferguson Learning Company for an active, two-day training program where they will recognize the characteristics of talented leaders and practice finding new ways to obtain results using nonconventional problem-solving skills. Dynamic Leadership provides leaders with guidance on resolving talent challenges and equips them with the tools and resources to address these issues.

Thought leaders will discover how to deliver meaningful change to influence those who rely on their expertise. This leadership event was designed to emphasize many aspects of managing teams including employee engagement, building partnerships, talent acquisition, evaluating performance, maintaining trust, succession planning, and retention.

Business leaders will be asked to bring a copy of any job posting they have to the Lonestar Room in Houston. A new date is going to be announced once the pandemic subsides. Thought leaders can use business card printing to network with other professionals in the field.
