This holiday season, Nolensville residents will be able to relax and unwind while they get to know some new furry friends.
Goat Yoga Nashville has set the date for its Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays Class, which will add a touch of sparkle to the season. It has been planned as a fun activity with lots of laughter, and the friendly goats will be on hand to put a smile on everyone’s face.
The goats will be decked out in holiday-themed outfits, and background music will keep the atmosphere festive. Free yoga mats will be available for use, and while all ages are welcome, it is best suited to those aged eight and up.
The session will run for one hour, and tickets to join in the fun start at $37. As the hooves on the goats may cause scratches, T-Shirts are the recommended attire.
Each guest at the function, whether they take part or just observe, will need to sign a waiver beforehand. Along with the opportunity to interact with their new four-legged friends, the attendees in the class will be able to purchase water bottles, shirts, and other Promotional Products on site.
This festive yoga session will begin on Saturday, December 6 at 2626 York Road in Nolensville. It will start at 12:00 noon and continue until 1:00 pm.
