Pawtucket savors cuisine and wine
Providence Culinary Collective in tandem with the Rhode Island Wine Experience will be coming to the Pawtucket area for four days in late March.
Local and nationally known chefs will be working together to create Guest Chefs Dinners. Some experiences will include Gracie's 3-Couse Dinner at Greenvale Vineyards, "Giro D'italia" Tour of Italy Wine Dinner at Sarta, and Wine X DuMol Wine Dinner at Oberlin. Profits from these dinners will go to local charities.
Hope and Main Presents Foodcraft will be a cocktail party with appetizers. The event will run from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on March 27th at 100 Westminster Street, Providence.
Workshops and classes will include Chef's Choice Cooking classes at Johnson& Wales University, 333 Shipyard Street, Providence. A few of this year's classes will be Blitz Dough Breakfast Pastries, Wine Passport 1, and Contemporary Italian Cuisine. Classes will run from 9:00 am to noon on the 28th, and tickets will be $143.60 each.
A free Food Truck Bites event will take place from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm March 29th at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium, One Avenue of the Arts in Providence. Tasting samples will cost under $8 each.
Paper products at events such as this often go to local print shops beforehand to be imprinted with the event's graphic design.
