The winter holidays can be a fun but hectic time of the year, and a special event will offer the Hermitage area a respite from the rush.
The City of Hermitage Municipal Offices will be the location for an evening of relaxation that will encourage those who take part to unplug, unwind and enjoy some calm. It will mark the winter solstice, and registration is $25.
The sound bath will provide an opportunity for the participants to spend some time reflecting on the past year as well as look forward to the days to come. Its organizers explained that it will be a time for the attendees to shed old patterns that were not helpful and create new ones while easing some of the emotional weight they carry with them. Those who purchase a ticket for the evening are asked to bring a mat or towel to use, and a blanket or pillow is also recommended for comfort.

The city of Hermitage has scheduled this in-person event for December 21st. It will run from 8:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
