An evening of patriotic-themed fun is on the way for the Hermitage area.
The Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce noted that it is pleased to announce that a special event will fill the sky with sound and color, and this is just one part of the excitement that is to be had during the Light Up the Sky at Buhl Park celebration.
This event, which is supported by various communities and local businesses, will be all about having fun while celebrating all that makes the area special. There will be activities for almost every age, and the evening will go out with a bang, thanks to a huge display of fireworks that has been included in the plans for the occasion.
The public is invited to start arriving at Buhl Park at 6:00 pm, as this is when the fun is scheduled to begin. There will be an assortment of inflatables, as well as balloon artists, and the kids can spend time in the tent that designed just for them. The concession stand will be open for business, and there will be other food vendors on hand as well.
This type of function can be an opportunity for area businesses to get involved in their community. Organizations may which to have their logo designs included in the materials used to promote the activity.
