The Integrative Dry Needling (IDN) Institute will host a two-day course in September at the Homewood Suites in Solon.
The IDN Lumbopelvic Course is an in-person experience where people can learn how to combat neurogenic inflammation with IDN treatments. The class is intended for gastroenterologists and will focus on specialties like pain management and obstetrics. The speaker for the event is Mark Hernandez, a physical therapist who went to school at Texas State University and the University of Texas at Austin. He is the founder of Physical Therapy Specialists.
The IDN Institute was created in 2013 by Dr. Frank Gargano, an orthopedic physical therapist with 30 years of experience. Gargano and Dr. Yun-tao Ma developed the model used by the institute in its treatments. The organization hosts live courses throughout the United States that teach people how to handle the majority of neuromuscular conditions. The institute also offers courses such as the Advanced Lumbopelvic Integration Course and UltraSound Guided Dry Needling Courses.
The lectures will be held from Saturday, September 7th to Sunday, September 8th. The lessons will start at 8:00 am on both days. The cost to attend the course is $795 per person. All students must register for the class by September 6th. Medical institutes that organize similar courses to this may use brochure printing to make educational pamphlets that their students can bring home.
