The Solon Community Center will be hosting an annual market in August for everyone to enjoy.
The 2021 Solon Pop-Up in the Park is a yearly event where local businesses are invited to sell their wares to the community. Several types of vendors can be found at the festival, including food trucks and crafters. There will also be complimentary public fitness classes held during the event. Free parking is available at the venue and the nearby middle school. Merchants with booths at markets such as this can give Promotional Products to consumers to raise their brand recognition.
The festival is part of a series called Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows and is organized by Rebecca Adele PR & Events. The organization was founded in 2011 by Becki Silverstein, who has a background in advertising, event planning, and public relations. The shows are held throughout Ohio in cities like Loveland, Strongsville, and Avon. The series has also raised over $55,000 for local charities such as Flashes of Hope and Wigs for Kids.
The pop-up market will be held on Saturday, August 28, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are no registration requirements and everyone can attend the festival for free. Vendors interested in applying for the event can email three to four photos of their work to Becki@ag-shows.com. Each show accepts about 100 vendors.
