Integrative Dry Needling (IDN) will be holding a class in July at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Solon.
The IDN Advanced Course is a program that teaches healthcare providers how to elevate their approach to treating musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. The class will cover topics like the negative effects of microcirculation abnormalities and the uses of electrical nerve stimulation. The lab-based course will also teach attendees the effects of dry needling. Those who want to take the class must first complete the IDN program on pain management and sports rehabilitation.
The speaker for the lesson will be Dr. Frank Gargano, the founder of the Integrative Dry Needling Institute. He has worked as an orthopedic physical therapist for more than 30 years and has been leading educational seminars for over 25 years. Gargano occasionally serves as an expert witness in the area of rehabilitation and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He is also an Accredited Mulligan Concept Instructor.
The IDN Advanced Course will take place from July 21 to July 23. The cost to participate in the multi-day program is $1,295 per student. The Homewood Suites has a block of rooms available at a discounted rate for the event. Organizations that put together classes like this may use brochure printing to make pamphlets for students to bring home.
