Solon chamber to have group indoor golf experience

The Solon Chamber of Commerce will organize a winter golf outing at X-Golf Solon in January.

Frozen Fairways: Indoor Winter Golf Outing with X-Golf is an activity where chamber members can enjoy the fun of golf without the cold weather conditions. The experience will include an 18-hole scramble at X-Golf Solon. There will be activities other than golf available at the venue, such as cornhole, darts, and pool. The facility also offers large-screen entertainment. All guests will be treated to a lunch buffet, though beverages are not included in the price of admission.

X-Golf Solon is an entertainment venue where people can play golf on accurate golf simulators. The technology used at the facility can track several stats, including side spin rates, the club head speed, and the launch angle of the golf ball. The company has opened more than 80 branches of X-Golf throughout the United States. People can participate in indoor golf tournaments at the venue and book golf simulation lessons with trained professionals.

The indoor golf outing will be held on Sunday, January 14th from noon to 4:00 pm. Tickets to the event will cost chamber members $75 per person. There are also tickets available for non-golfers that cost $30 per person. Organizations that host group outings such as this may use flyer printing to let their members know about the events in advance.
